Responsible Down Standard or RDS It is an independent, voluntary and global standard for responsible down sourcing. The RDS was developed with the support of animal rights groups, industry experts and retailers. This standard ensures traceability of the product at every stage, from the farm to the product itself. Thanks to this, customers can be sure that the down and feathers in the products they choose are RDS certified.

Global Organic Textile Standard or GOTS It is the world's leading standard for certifying textile products. The GOTS certificate covers all stages of production of products made of natural fabrics (from the raw material to the finished product). It also takes into account social and environmental issues.

There are two main categories of the GOTS certificate:

• ORGANIC (organic) - this label is awarded to products that consist of at least 95% of certified organic fibres,

• MADE WITH (X%) ORGANIC (manufactured using (x%) organic raw materials) - the product must contain a minimum of 70% of certified organic fibers, allowing a maximum of 10% of synthetic fibers. For the production of socks, leggings and sportswear, up to 25% of synthetic fibers are used.

Global Recycled Standard or GRS It is an international, voluntary standard that defines the requirements for the certification of recycled fibers. The goal of the GRS program is to increase the use of recycled materials while caring for the environment, social conditions, or control of the chemicals used that are safe for humans and the environment.

STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX®  OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 is one of the world's best-known labels for textiles tested for harmful substances. It stands for customer confidence and high product safety. Products with this mark are free from harmful substances that may affect human health, e.g. pesticides, chlorophenols, formaldehyde, allergenic dyes, prohibited azo dyes and extractable heavy metals.

A sign you can rely on. The OEKO-TEX ® STANDARD 100 is a worldwide independent testing and certification system for raw materials, semi-finished and finished textile products on all components of their design, as well as complementary materials. Examples of items that may be certified: raw and dyed/finished yarns, woven and knitted fabrics, accessories such as buttons, zip fasteners, fabric threads or labels, various types of finished goods including quilts, pillows, protectors and mattress covers made by AMW Nawrot company.

Textile products such as clothing or home textiles certified with the STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX ® mark provide consumers around the world with a high level of safety and protection against harmful chemical substances. The catalog of criteria STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX ® consists of several hundred controlled harmful substances. All elements of textile products must meet the STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX ® test criteria. In addition to the fabric itself, threads, buttons, zippers, rivets, etc. are also tested. STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX ® test criteria are uniform worldwide and updated at least once a year. Only independent institutes from the OEKO-TEX ® association, to which the Institute belongs, are responsible for testing and authorized to issue STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX ® certificates.

Textile products with the STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX ® mark can be found all over the world. Over 10,000 manufacturers of the textile and clothing industry from almost 100 countries certify their products in accordance with STANDARD 100. Currently, with over 160,000 certificates issued worldwide, STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX ® is one of the best recognized quality marks for textiles tested for harmful substances.

Laboratory testing and classification of OEKO-TEX® products for harmful substances are generally based on the appropriate use of textiles and materials. The more intensive the contact of the product with the skin and the more sensitive the skin, the more stringent are the human-ecological requirements that must be met.

Therefore, there are four classes of products, in AMW NAWROT we have the highest class certificate: Product class I - Articles for infants and small children up to 3 years old (clothing, bed linen, textile toys).
