What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
It is agreed individually – it depends on the product, fabric, filling and packaging. Tell us what you need and we will propose the best solution.
What are your lead times?
Products from our range ship within 1–3 working days. Private label orders take 1–2 weeks, depending on quantity, and a first order about a month.
Do you make non-standard sizes?
Yes. We also make sizes used in other markets, e.g. 135×200, 155×220 or 140×220 cm.
Can you manufacture with fabrics and fillings we supply?
Yes. We also manufacture using customer-supplied fabrics and fillings — you provide the materials, we sew to your specification.
Can I get samples?
Yes – we send samples with the order to confirm quality.
Can certifications appear on my packaging?
Yes. Certified products can carry OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, RDS or GOTS labels.
Can we audit your plant?
Yes. We have a Sedex SMETA audit and OEKO-TEX® STeP and GOTS certifications, and we welcome client audits.
