Duvets and pillows — from the inside
We make duvets and pillows in every construction and with every filling — under our own brands or under yours. See how they are built and choose the right solution for your range.
Duvet types
A construction matched to how you sleep
The same duvet can feel completely different in warmth — it all depends on how it is built inside. These are the constructions we make every day.
4 Seasons duvet
A set of two duvets: a lighter one for summer and a warmer one for spring and autumn. Use each on its own, and in winter snap them together into one warm duvet.
DUO duvet
Two duvets stitched into one. Each has its own layer of fabric, filling and wadding, so the whole is exceptionally warm and stable — the filling stays in place.
Breathable duvet with mesh
We separate the duvet panels with breathable mesh, sewn in at our own plant. Air circulates freely and the filling has room to loft.
Weighted blanket
Many small chambers filled with glass beads. Our construction keeps the beads in place, so the pressure stays even all night. Polyester fibre as standard, other fillings on request.
Summer, all-season, winter
They differ in fill weight — the amount of filling per square metre. We match the fill weight to the filling type: down keeps you warm at a lower weight than fibre or wool.

Down & feather blends
We set the down-to-feather ratio to each customer’s needs — from resilient, feather-rich blends to light, lofty, down-rich fillings.
We blend fillings on our own machines. So we can tune the ratio to specific needs — warmth, resilience, weight and price.
Casings for down & feathers
How we hold the down in place
For down and feather duvets we choose the casing — the chambered shell that keeps the filling in place.
Warm-seam duvets
Chambers are separated by vertical mesh walls. The down can loft to full height across the whole surface, with no thin spots along the seams — so the duvet is warmer and fluffier.
Sewn-through chambers
The top and bottom fabrics are stitched together, forming separate chambers with no extra space between them. The filling doesn’t shift, and the duvet is lighter and cooler — ideal for summer and warm bedrooms.
Pillows
Pillows made for the way you sleep
A pillow’s construction decides how soft and resilient it is, and how long it keeps its shape.
Three-chamber
Down in the outer chambers, a feather-and-down blend in the middle. The pillow feels soft to the touch while your head rests on a resilient core.
Quilted
Fabric, fleece and wadding on both sides of the filling. Quilting evens out the surface, so the pillow is less prone to lumps as the filling moves.
Unquilted
A fabric shell without quilting, filled for example with Amball — certified polyester fibre balls made in-house. Easy to shape to suit you.
For kids and mums
Low pillows for children that don’t bend the neck, and large pillows for mums — full body length, supporting the belly, back and legs.
Dr Clover mattresses
Mattresses matched to firmness and sleeping style
Dr Clover is our mattress line: foam, Bonnell spring and pocket spring, in a wide range of firmness levels and sizes. Each can be paired with a cover with different properties.
Komodo — hybrid, two-sided
Pocket springs work independently in 7 firmness zones and support the spine exactly where needed. One side has a needled coconut mat — firmer and breathable — so flipping the mattress changes its firmness. High-density foam and an inner cover protect the core for years.
Capri Soft — soft HR foam
High-resilience Kaltschaum foam with cuts that divide the mattress into 7 zones and create ventilation channels. Soft, enveloping and springy — works well with adjustable bed bases.
Covers and Celebes
We pair our mattresses with covers such as Aloe Vera, Tencel, Anti Allergic Premium or Silver Activ. The outer cover is easy to remove for freshening up. The line also includes the Celebes model — ask us about its construction and available versions.
Mattress protectors
Everyday mattress protection
Protectors shield the bed from dirt, moisture and bacteria. They are easy to wash, and the mattress stays clean for longer.
Waterproof
A waterproof layer stops liquids and protects the mattress. Recommended for children, allergy sufferers and people in long-term care — in hospitals and care homes.
Protective
Quilted protectors form an antibacterial barrier and add softness. They are easy to wash, making bed hygiene simple.
Feathers, down & renovation
Raw material from our own sorting plant
In Pyrzowice we refine and sort duck and goose feathers from Polish sources. We sell them in the composition the customer orders — and we renew fillings that are already in use.
Feathers and down as raw material
We wash the raw material with specialist detergents, dry it at 110°C and sort it to the required composition. Every day we process 4 tonnes of feathers and down.
Filling renovation
We wash, clean and refresh the natural filling of duvets and pillows, removing dust mites, microbes and dust. Finally we dry it at around 110°C, dedust it and fill it into a new casing — and the filling lofts again.
Packaging & shipping
Ready for the shelf and the road
We pack the way you need for a store shelf or e-commerce, and ship to our customers.

Sustainability
Responsible production
We make everything in our own plants in Poland. That means we decide how much energy we use, what happens to our waste and which raw materials go into our products.

Less waste
We have technology for recovering waste fibres from our own production. Recovered fibre is used only where the product specification allows it – it does not go into every filling. Recycling, quilting machines and an automatic edging machine work in one line and use less energy.
Solar power
A 200 kWp photovoltaic installation supplies our production with clean energy.
A second life for fillings
We renovate down and feathers: washed, dedusted and filled into a new casing, a good filling serves for years to come.
Verified materials
We hold RDS certification for responsibly sourced down, GOTS for organic textiles and OEKO-TEX® STeP for sustainable production.
Cotton packaging
Pure Alamo products are packed in eco-friendly cotton bags that can be reused.
Close to home
Our feathers come from Polish sources and we make Amball fibre balls ourselves. We sew in Pyrzowice and Czeladź, so materials and finished products travel shorter distances.
